My boyfriend and I really need to get out of our apartment ASAP, but we need to fill it before we can break our lease. The apartment is located at Hidden Oak Estates in Pleasant Prairie, near the fire department. It's close to Target, JCPenny, and a bunch of great new places to eat. It's also super close to the highway and in a very quiet location. Honestly it's perfect. The apartment itself is on the second floor of the first building in the complex, it's also the only building of the complex that doesn't have to share its parking lot with another building. You get one assigned spot for underground parking with an attached storage unit. There is a washer and dryer in unit, as well as all major kitchen appliances. There is a bathtub in the guest bathroom and a shower in the master bath. The balcony has access through the living room and through the master bedroom. It's cable ready. Rent is 1060-1110 a month, no utilities included. Pet friendly with an extra fee, and great amenities! There's an outdoor pool for the summer time, the gym and tanning bed is always open. And the staff are all super nice. We honestly wish we could stay but just can't make it work right now. If you have any questions please feel free to let me know!
