House is on a corner lot besides a beautiful bird sanctuary and peaceful fenced in backyard setting. Beautiful oak and cedar trees provide shade for a private fenced in back yard on corner lot next to a creek. Great for BBQ'ing, birdwatching, and relaxing in a private space. Includes private driveway that fits two large vehicles. Home was recently renovated and has open floor plan. There are two full bedrooms and a third room accessed through the Master bedroom. This additional room can be used as an office, or a walk in closet, or a third bedroom. House has one bathroom that was recently renovated. Modern appliances and amenities such as central air conditioning, garbage disposal in sink, recessed and dimmable ceiling lights, ceiling fans, lots of closet space with custom shelves made of solid maple and pine, washer and dryer, heated bathroom floors, and brand new flooring and fresh paint throughout entire house. The landlord provides trash collection at no cost to the tenant. The tenant is responsible for the electric bill (around $80 - $200 a month), water bill ($45 - $60) a month, and internet. The house does not have natural gas. Application process: we use the following process for screening prospective tenants. Please note that we do not charge an application fee. Step 1- Click on the "apply now" button. We use Zillow's services and depend on them to provide a credit check and criminal background check. Zillow may charges a $40 fee for that service but we do not collect an application fee. Zillow's credit and background check is re-usable so if you already applied to another property or want to apply to another property after you apply to this one, you don't have to pay their fee again. Zillow will walk you through their application process once you click "apply now". Step 2 - Once you have completed Zillow's credit and criminal background check we will email you the tenant screening questionnaire. This should take about ten minutes or less. You will provide us the answers to these questions in your email reply. Step 3 - Only after step 1 and 2 are completed, if you meet our minimum criteria we will schedule a showing of the property at a mutually convenient time. All prospective tenants living at the property must arrive at the showing. Property can be used for residential and zoned to allow commercial use. Property comes unfurnished. Trash collection included, tenant responsible for other utilities. Pets considered on a case by case basis. No smoking. No prior evictions. Credit Score 650+. A background check will be run at cost of the tenant.
