Zillow may charges a $40 fee for that service but we do not collect an application fee. Zillow's credit and background check is re-usable so if you already applied to another property or want to apply to another property after you apply to this one, you don't have to pay their fee again. Zillow will walk you through their application process once you click "apply now". Step 2 - Once you have completed Zillow's credit and criminal background check we will email you the tenant screening questionnaire. This should take about ten minutes or less. You will provide us the answers to these questions in your email reply. Step 3 - Only after step 1 and 2 are completed, if you meet our minimum criteria we will schedule a showing of the property at a mutually convenient time. All prospective tenants living at the property must arrive at the showing. Property can be used for residential and zoned to allow commercial use. Property comes unfurnished. Trash collection included, tenant responsible for other utilities. Pets considered on a case by case basis. No smoking. No prior evictions. Credit Score 650+.
