It has lots of natural light and is a great room for diving into a book, hosting movie night, playing board games, or just hanging out. The large wood burning stove is decorative and not functional at this time. The bedrooms are surrounded with windows facing nature. The beds are memory foam and super comfortable. You can also change them and get your own if you would like. There is a full kitchen, perfect for cooking a homemade meals - sorry no dishwasher. The home has its own relaxing private outdoor sitting area, picnic table even a fire pit and charcoal Weber BBQ! You have a parking spot in front of the house. NOTE: Pets are not allowed - no exceptions There is heating control (baseboards) in each bedroom and through out the house. During summer you can use the 2 window-AC's stored in the house. The upstate area has traces of sulfur which may give off an odor which is amplified when hot. This is like in Icelandic spas and it is said that its good for your skin. Deer, bears, coyote and wild turkey are native to the area and may be seen on the property.
