    What's special

Hello! I am currently renting one room and my two roommates are leaving in Sept (one to live with their partner and another with their best friend :D). That leaves 2 rooms open for this apartment that we rent. One room to rent is on the first floor which besides the room the first floor consists of an office, my bedroom, the kitchen, dining room, and living room. And the other room is upstairs which is more private but also next to the washer and dryer. It comes with a two private balconies, 2 showers, and there is also one off street parking spot available. We'd be looking for quiet individuals who ideally are professionals. It's a great location, has a washer and dryer in the unit, a dishwasher, and is about a 5 minute walk to a bus stop to get downtown (I take the bus in to work in downtown Boston half of the week). We are right next to a field that often has kids playing some form of baseball, and has a basketball as well as a tennis court. The current setup had all 3 professionals working from home part of the time and 2 of them split the office and I put my desk in the hallway to keep it not too crowded during the workday. For those working from home I think it's a great set up. This rent would not include utilities, so it's $1,250 + utilities which I suspect won't be more than $300 each even during the winter months. I'm putting up this listing as the renter to get some candidates and then pass them along to the landlord. I hope to give you as much information as I can that's relevant so I'll give some good to knows about me. I am an identifying male in my 30s and I live with an adult cat named Dragon who loves people and cuddling and napping and I treat him like my child. I'm a homebody who works half the time in the office and half the time from home. I'm an introvert but love saying hi and small chatting when people visit or friends/partners are over! I actually like it when my roommate's friends come over because it makes me feel social by osmosis haha. I watch sports, don't cook but I really should learn how to, I don't smoke, and I think this will be the third straight year I've thought to myself I should go on a diet so let's hope I follow through and get back to the weight I was pre pandemic! I'd love to become friends with people who move in but I've lived with enough individuals to also know sometimes we're all just tired at this stage in our lives and being good roommates is more than enough haha. So no pressure! But yeah really I stay home, am quiet, try to get myself to focus on my job instead of Youtube when I can, nap a lot with my cat, play video games, and watch sports. :) Feel free to email if you think you'd be a great candidate and we'll set up a time to meet and show you the apartment!
