This is a short-term lease with a minimum of 3-6 months, then month to month there after. All utilities; internet, water, and electricity are included in the monthly rent. We are asking for first, last, and $1,000 security deposit due at signing. Tenant has their own private drive with 2 parking spaces available but AWD is required to access cabin. The cabin can come fully furnished (optional) with a fully stocked kitchen and extra linens. My family and I live on the property, in a separate house, with our 1-year-old son, we are artists and carpenters, and spend a lot of time in the garden.
