Plowing & internet included. Cable is an optional (additional) expense. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR SMOKING allowed (we live in the house during the summer/fall and I have bad allergies). *This is a seasonal rental, not available for nightly or weekly rentals, or year-round. Tenant only 2 pays utilities - heat (FHW/oil heat with wood pellet stove to supplement) & electric. Plowing, internet, gas for kitchen range & water/sewer included in rental price. Cable is an optional (additional) expense. Please realize this is a winter season rental in northern New Hampshire, only available until the end of April, when we come back from Georgia (we live in the house summer & fall). The Zillow system doesn't offer the option of specifying less than a 6-month rental, but the available lease term is January 6 through late April. The lease is nonrenewable and the full $5800 +deposit is due before moving in.
