Ocean Views - that are out of this world. If views are important - this is the ONE! Large Lanai upstairs to take advantage of those views, smaller one downstairs for the guest to enjoy. Talk about whale watching - you can actually hear the whales. Forgot to mention - the house itself is very open and nice, this really is a must see. If you don't know Kona Paradise, it's a little subdivision about 23 miles south of Kailua Kona, it goes from the highway all the way down to the ocean, there is a black pebble beach at the bottom and some of the best kayaking, fishing, and snorkeling on the island. Also great hiking trails along the ocean!
