Perfect for storing surfboards, kayaks, beach gear etc. The Kona Paradise area is a walkers heaven, with the Kings Trail close to the beach being an added perk. The Black sand beach is a quarter mile down the road and offers many water activities, such as in Scuba, Stand up Paddle, Kayaking, Snorkeling, Fishing and, of course, Swimming and Sunbathing. The home is fully furnished, but if you would like to change out any of the decorations, or small pieces of furniture, we can store the items that you will not use in the private storage room below the house. There is on-site laundry as well. Friendly neighbors with peaceful lifestyles make the Kona Paradise community a great place to live. We are seeking respectful and responsible long-term tenants for the property. We are moving back to the mainland for at least three to four years. Electricity is included, and the filters for the water system (Catchment Tank) will be provided but the tenant will be required to replace them. (It is easy.) There are three parking spaces on the property for average sized vehicles. Parking on the street is not permitted overnight. We are not currently accepting pets, but we may make exceptions for the right situation. The tenant will be responsible for the yard maintenance (Keeping weeds under control) but the landlord will pay for yearly tree trimming and landscape debris removal. There is no smoking permitted in the house, under the house or on the lanai.
