Channel Farms Hunt and Fish Club- As you can see from the aerial and still life photos of Channel Farms there is an abundance of wildlife and great fishing opportunities. The Bay in front of the Cabin is a deep water lagoon. The depths in front are up to 70 feet. The raft, only 40' from the dock is in 15' of water. The Pickerel Lake Channel, connects Crooked and Pickerel Lake. Within the Channel is a small Lake area known as the Black Hole with depths of 29'. The entire western shore of the Black hole is part of the property and is part of the 3800' of shoreline owned. Both of the these deep harbors have deep water almost to the shore.
