There is an open field and equipment provided for activities of your choice, including croquet, cornhole, volleyball/badminton, or just a safe place for your furry friend to run and play. Finish your day around the firepit, or enjoy a sunset over the farmland backdrop. All this with privacy, and coffee shops and restaurants just minutes away. The monthly rate, does NOT include utilities. Weekly rates are also available. There is a pet fee, cleaning charge, and security deposit as well. Prospective tenants must have good rental history, references, and pass a credit check. This is a SHORT TERM rental ONLY, meaning we are open to weekly and monthly tenants, but nothing beyond a year.
