    This is a two unit end of row townhouse at the corner of North 8th Street and Greenleaf St in Allentown. It is one block away from Washington Elementary School. There is a one bedroom/one bath apartment downstairs with a Section 8 tenant. The rent is $625 per month and Sec 8 pays $514 of this. The upstairs apartment is three bedrooms and one bath with the rent at $725. Both tenants are excellent tenants and have been there for about 3-4 years. There is also a three car garage that is rented to three tenants, however, they do not live in the house. Those rents are $65 per garage, so $195 per month. Both apartments were converted in 2019 to electric baseboard heat so the tenants now pay for heat. Owner only pays water/sewer and owners electric. Water/Sewer is about $80 per month and owners electric runs about $32 per month. The garage roof was replaced in 2019 and new electric was installed at the same time. All appliance have been replaced during the last three years and are in good working order. The basement is a walk-in basement, which is also good for storage. Property taxes are only about $2,800 per year. I cannot emphasize the quality of all the tenants so I'm looking for someone who will keep them there. All tenants pay on time and take care of their apartments. The upstairs tenant has some health issues so they want to stay long term. They also have a mechanized chair lift that goes up to their apartment. I've also done other work on the house during the last 3-5 years so it's been well maintained.
