We understand that not everyone has great credit, but we are looking for tenants that will not have any issues paying rent on time. Tenants are responsible for all utility bills & maintaining the front & back yard. No smoking is allowed in the house under any circumstances. House has a refrigerator, microwave, & dishwasher. We are asking for three months' rent which would be considered first, last, & security deposit. A $1000 deposit is required for pets & dogs are not allowed in the backyard. We ask that you use the dog run on the side of the house instead. Will be showing the house in July. The move-in date is August 1st, maybe sooner.
