House comes with Fridge Washer + Dryer, and natural gas BBQ on top deck. No sublease is allowed. Must have good credit. Shown on weekends and by appointment only after September 5th. First rent + $4,425 deposit is required. Must have good credit. House has lake rights and close to Golf course and Grass Valley Park. Renter pays for all utilities. Small dogs will be considered.
