I'm renting a large, unfurnished private bedroom with private bathroom in UCI graduate housing. There's a very sizeable closet in the room. All utilities are included (incl high speed internet) except electricity, which we will split. One parking spot is included. It's a townhome-style apartment, so my bedroom and bathroom are on the second floor, and yours will be on the first. UCI graduate students, staff, or alumni heavily preferred. I'd welcome an individual or a couple, and a small animal is definitely welcome if you're willing to pay the pet deposit. The sublease runs from now until June 30, 2015.The complex has convenient laundry, picnic areas with grills, bike racks, and two community gardens. It's a very peaceful place to live, with plenty of families and graduate students around. There is a community center, too, with study and meeting space, and Aldrich Park/campus area is very convenient. Very close to UCI Rec Center and Albertson's, and walking distance from University Town Center/Trader Joe's. The maintenance staff responds quickly when I report a problem. It's a nice place to live!I'm female, 26 years old, and a first year graduate student in music at UCI. My boyfriend moved here with me, but he recently left, and I need to fill the second bedroom/bathroom in my apartment ASAP. I'm easygoing, like to cook, don't party too much, and sleep 11-7 ish. (I don't mind living with a night owl, but I'd prefer not to have super loud noise at night.) I have friends over sometimes and don't mind if you do, too.
