PET POLICY
Pets Allowed:
Dog Breed Restrictions:- No large or aggressive breeds are allowed (Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, etc)
$250 one-time pet fee (per pet), $25 monthly charge (per pet), with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
- Pet Limits:
- Maximum of 2 pet allowed (1-2 bedrooms)
- Pet Registration & Vaccination Required:
- All pets must be properly registered and vaccinated- records must be submitted during application process/failure may delay application or cause pet not to be approved.
Cats must be spayed or neutered and fully litter-trained.
- Ongoing requirements: Registration and vaccination records must be kept up to date during the lease term, including at renewals.
Pet Screening:
- Pet type, name, age, and size must be disclosed upon application.
- Tenants must provide pet bite insurance if required by the property management.
- Size restrictions: 50 lb weight limit for adult dogs average adult breed weight will be used for dogs under 6 months of age

Clogged drains/toilets due to misuse are tenant responsibility
Entry: 48-hour notice required (except emergencies)
