Off street parking lot available for residents. No pets are allowed on the premises or around the building. Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building and because of open windows, no smoking is allowed around the building either.
No grilling on any porch or balcony. Grilling must be at least 5 feet from building, bushes, etc.
