Renter pays 150 dollars flat rate of utilities monthly. Tenant on move- in pays 1st month's base rent, and a refundable security deposit equal to base rent. (3200 USD to move in plus 150 USD utility bill) Renter is allowed to use all of the property, including the swimming pool, and the yard. Parking is free on the property. Prefer tenants without pets, but would consider one with a deposit. Available starting beginning of October 2025. Minimum lease term is 6 months.
