Quiet and safe neighborhood, north of Mira Mesa Blvd. 10mins to Sorrento Valley. 15mins to UCSD. 20mins to SDSU. 25mins to airport/downtown. Convenient to shopping areas and Miramar College. You would be living with a 20s, 40s, 50s yr old male mature professionals. Easy-going, clean, quiet, respectful, and friendly - pretty normal people, I'd like to think. Looking for a housemate who similar. No smoking and no drugs please. For any convenience it may be, I speak some Mandarin Chinese. One-year lease. One bedroom for rent.
