The house is on half an acre with plenty of parking in the driveway for 6 vehicles and a separate paved trailer parking area. The trailer area has a 30 amp circuit, a 50 amp 220 circuit and water connection for an RV. The house has a large 4 car garage (28x25 and a 14x30 bay) that has a coated floor, great lighting, internet and cable drops, 50 amp EV charger and 50 amp 220 for a welder. The house has smart switches for most of the lighting which allows for control from anywhere in the house from your phone or setup automation so the kid's lights come on as their alarm goes off for school. There are also 2 main switches (great room and just outside the master bedroom) that control any smart switch in the house. Remotes can be added or reprogrammed easily to control multiple groups of lights so no phone is required or you can just use the switches themselves. There is a closet that houses all the AV equipment so only the TV and speakers are above the fireplace. If easy access was desired for a gaming system or DVD player the shelving by the fireplace has outlets and tubes to the AV closet to run connections to the receiver. The house has 5 main zones of speakers built into the walls/ceiling with the ability to play up to 3 separate things across the zones. The system is setup so it could have additional sources plugged into the amp to allow 5 unique things to be played. There is a 7.1 surround system in the great room, 2 speakers in the kitchen, 4 on the lower patio, 2 on the upper patio, and 3 in the garage. There is a volume control in the wall in each zone. There are internet and cable drops run to all rooms with a surge protection outlet for computer/TV with the ones in 3 bedrooms and the garage elevated for easy wall mounting of a TV while hiding all wires. The house as a whole has tons of storage throughout. The entry has a large coat closet, built in bench with cubbies, a broom closet, an under stairs closet and a bathroom. The rest of the main level is open with a kitchen with a large walk in pantry, a dining room and 2 story great room with wood fireplace. The kitchen and bathroom counters are dekton so no worries about scratching, staining or cracking. Going upstairs the ample storage space continues with the AV closet, a 3x2 closet, and two 6x2 closets in the hallway. All closets have lights in them. The master and 2 other bedrooms have large walk in closets with the 4th bedroom having an 8x2 closet. This house has tons of windows and almost all have fabric blinds. The entry has 2 windows with the top of the door also having windows. The dining room has 4 windows and a glass door to the patio. The great room has 6 on the main level and 6 elevated. Going into the master bedroom there are 4 large windows and a glass door to the upstairs deck. There is only one section of grass but it is easily large enough to play catch or setup a volleyball net. The back corners are rubber mulch and are large enough for a swing set or trampoline. The rest of the area is either rock or raised gardens. The irrigation system is divided into 9 zones with 3 for grass, 1 for tree bubblers, 2 drip lines for rock areas along the fence and 3 for raised gardens. There are 2 established trees and 10 young trees. The upper and lower patios are covered and face east so they are shaded for the afternoon making for great after work relaxing.
