The house is on half an acre with plenty of parking in the driveway for 6 vehicles and a separate paved trailer parking area. The trailer area has a 30 amp circuit, a 50 amp 220 circuit and water connection for an RV. The house has a large 4 car garage (28x25 and a 14x30 bay) that has a coated floor, great lighting, internet and cable drops, 50 amp EV charger and 50 amp 220 for a welder. The house has smart switches for most of the lighting which allows for control from anywhere in the house from your phone or setup automation so the kid's lights come on as their alarm goes off for school. There are also 2 main switches (great room and just outside the master bedroom) that control any smart switch in the house. Remotes can be added or reprogrammed easily to control multiple groups of lights so no phone is required or you can just use the switches themselves. There is a closet that houses all the AV equipment so only the TV and speakers are above the fireplace.
