With a sublease to this 3 Bedroom 1.5 Bath Townhome, you will have to pay a non-refundable deposit of $1000 upfront cost other than the application fee $25 (per applicant) with Meadowfield Townhomes at this link: (DO NOT APPLY TO THIS LINK UNTIL YOU HAVE SEEN THE PLACE) meadowfieldtownhomes.com. We are moving and just signed our lease here from July 2021 to 2022, so this means you will cover the $1465.00 (This place rents at $1480 to $1680 right now) rent plus your own utilities until July 2022. At that point you can sign a new lease with them. This unit is to be occupied as-is. We have kept it in good condition and have painted in neutral colors. Meadowfield will not re-paint or replace carpets for your move-in since this is sub-lease. You will save tons of money moving in so I think it's a great deal. Trash removal and pest control, any maintenance emergencies or normal maintenance are included. Gas, Electric and Water are the responsibilities of the renter.
