The apt comes with a very spacious living room and dining area, including a recently renovated kitchen with all brand new appliances (including a dishwasher), as well as a large finished basement, with a washer/dryer, pool table, workshop area, extra bathroom and storage. We have a long driveway so off-street parking is abundant. The neighborhood is great - a nice, quiet place to rest your head, but not too far away from the busier parts of Camberville. ROOMIES!: You'll share the first floor common areas (kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and living room) with C, a 34-year-old education professional who likes to cook, play tennis, watch movies and explore the city by bike. You'll also share the kitchen with E and G, a software engineer and psychologist who live on the third floor but have their own private bathroom and living room. We're looking for roommates who are friendly, clean and easy to get along with! The apartment is inclusive and LGBTQ-friendly. LOCATION: We're located in Winter Hill, steps away from Sarma and the 80 bus. It's a short walk to Neighborhood Produce, Stop & Shop, Winter Hill Brewery & Cafe, more buses (88, 89, 90), and a Blue Bikes kiosk. It's a 15-minute walk to Union Square and Assembly Row. Supposedly there will be a Green Line T stop in the neighborhood in fall 2021, though we'll believe it when we see it. COVID: We wear masks and practice social distancing when outside the house, and want to live with people who share the same mindset. We have really been enjoying our big front lawn as a safe, socially distant hangout space to share with visiting friends and family. Ideally, your move-in date would be September 1st, but we could probably make October 1st (or anything in between) work as well. Let's talk (or Zoom)! Rent is $775/mo for the space, and first month's rent and security deposit (another $775) are due at move-in. We pay for heat (gas), electricity, and internet, which varies from $50 to $100/mo per person depending on the season. We have a big driveway that can fit another one or two cars if need be. We also have a washer/dryer and tons of storage in the basement.
