Hello all, I am looking for a roommate to share a large apartment on the Watertown/Belmont line. The rent is $925 plus utilities. We will be signing a one year lease with the landlord, provided he approves you. He will need first months rent and security deposit which is the same as first month's rent. ($1850 total) Off street parking included. One spot is in a garage and the other is in the driveway If you need the T the 73 bus line has a stop at the end of the street (200 meters away). I am currently paying for excellent internet (+70Mbps) and basic cable. This would be shared as well. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use (no quarters necessary). Very large kitchen with a dishwasher and disposal as well. There are 3 shared rooms that are partially furnished. In addition to this there is a screened in porch on the front of the house and a second porch on the back. Access to the attic and basement for storage. I am a 26 year old male, working as a professional engineer. I am LGBT-friendly and looking for someone who shares similar views. Would prefer someone in a similar situation but not necessary provided you can cover the rent. Unfortunately no pets allowed in the apartment, landlord will not budge on this one.
