Cozy furnished small 2 story guest house tucked away in the woods. The house is near a creek with multiple waterfalls and fast moving creek depending on the time of year. One waterfall drops over a cliff, but its a hike to see it. If you are looking to get away from it all this is your spot. The guest house is the original home on the property. The interior and exterior have been renovated in the last couple of years. It has a new bathroom, kitchen and flooring on first floor. There are spectacular views in the area and access to Dawson Forest down the road. Lots of nearby hiking trails. We have security cameras and our own personal dogs to keep wildlife away. Our home is a short distance from the cabin. There is separate parking that is a short walk to the cabin. There is no smoking or fires allowed on the property. Background and credit checks are required for anyone residing on the property. Not suitable for unsupervised children or anyone who is unstable walking on uneven terrain. All utilities are included. Starlink for streaming and internet. Viewing by appointment only due to privacy and private roads. If you just show up I will not rent to you. No smoking inside or outside on the property. Wooded area and no outdoor fires. Dangerous terrain close to cabin. Waterfalls and creek close by - you can hear them babbling. Great for individuals looking to get away from it all.
