The well-equipped modern kitchen contains everything from a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer with built-in ice-maker, along with essentials such as cutlery, crockery, and glassware. The dining room contains a beautiful table with seating for eight people. The laundry room is well equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, and ironing board. The villa also boasts its own private south-facing heated pool, spa, and upgraded patio furniture. The resort charges $20 per access gate card, non-refundable.
