All new windows and appliances, minutes away from everything (OSU, Grandview, downtown), super quiet community, pet friendly, washer and dryer in facility, and ample parking. The lease ends in June 2018. Rent is $940 including water and trash. There will be a $35 application fee and a $200 sublet fee. I will cover the security deposit.
