Two year lease also available. No smoking of any kind allowed on the premises. Damage deposit and first month rent is due upon signing the lease (4800+pet). If pets are negotiated there is a non-refundable pet deposit of 500 dollars for each pet and extra 100 a month rent. Max number of pets is 2, any combo of dogs and cats.
