I created this space as my own special beach retreat for healing & restoring. It's a new reno and everything is pristine. It's 480 sf of soothing colors & textures, minimalistic in design, but has everything you need. Enjoy your morning coffee watching dolphin & manatee on the beach or from our dock. Living room bar stools & balcony overlook the intracoastal waterway. 2 big screen TVs! Fully equipped kitchen. Beach chairs, sunbrellas and beach towels provided, beach floats, too. After a day of beach combing or enjoying poolside lounging, grill out & enjoy your meal on the deck, end the day with a fantastic sunset. Condo is intact after 3 hurricanes, pool/laundry working. Fast wifi. We are #Sunset Strong and springing back after the catastrophes we suffered. Most of the major attractions and restaurants are reopened and others are in the process. John's Pass on Mad Beach, (2 miles north along Gulf Blvd), the shops on the boardwalk, restaurants and souvenir shops are open. Boat rentals, jet ski , the sunset dolphin cruise and fishing excursions are back in business. Corey Avenue on St Pete Beach - the restaurants and quaint shops are thriving again and our upscale downtown is bustling, museums, shops, live music and fine dining going strong! Public transportation is easily available, the buses and the trolleys are running though there's plenty to do in walking distance.
Utilities included, fast wifi, cable. Central heat and AC. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony. No pets. Not suitable for children under 12. Replacement of damaged or lost inventory is required. Owner strongly recommends renters insurance.
Preference for 90 days minimum rental.
