Each room has New King Mattresses & Smart TVS. The family room has a 65" Smart TV, Direct TV, a Playstation 4 for the kids, & Netflix. Home is internet/Wifi ready & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smartlock (No Key Needed). The complex has a community pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ's, & 2 dog parks. We do charge a $150 pet cleaning fee upon check-in (Max is 2 pets). The space Guests can access all the amenities the complex has to offer including the relaxing large salt-water diving pool, spa, BBQ grill area, picnic area, and two dog parks. This home is a townhome. Lots of thoughts has been spent on creating a true vacation rental. I put the "extras" in this home that I have in my own home. Little things like having lamps that have power outlets in them, all traffic areas & closets have built in sensors that automatically turn lights on for you when walking by. I personally have stayed in Townhouse and each time I stay here I feel like i am on vacation. HDMI cord professionally installed to TV upstairs and downstairs so you just plug in your laptop and you can use your TV as a monitor. I personally hate seeing wires so everything is professionally done. This is a prime location that is 5 minute drive to the Entertainment District, Giants Spring Training, Fashion Square mall and endless nightlife and restaurant options. This area is considered "Old Town Scottsdale. This is an ideal location in Scottsdale. 85251 zip code. (Ask your friends) Now, if you have never used a bidet before, you are in for a treat. Their is nothing like having your behind "blow dried & cleaned". Master Bedroom 1: King size bed with en-suite bathroom 2nd Bedroom: 2 queen sized beds 3rd Bedroom: 1 queen sized bed & 3 twin beds Family Room Area: 2 couches that become actual beds Guest access Everything is brand new from the coffee machines, to the TVs, to the mattresses, to the furniture, to the silverware, etc. This isn't a "budget vacation rental" and I do my best to pay attention to the details.
