Located 10-12 minutes from Windsor, NY and 25 minutes from Binghamton. about 3.5 hours from NYC which is the perfect day trip away :) This rental is located on a 25 acre, small homestead owned by a family that live on property. The property has three rentals with a barn, outdoor wood oven and eventual farm stand. As a tenant, you will have access to private trails for walking and hiking, parking for up to two vehicles and a small semi private backyard to enjoy. We are a pet friendly property but of course pets require approval as there is a young child on property and other tenants, animals and pets. As mentioned we are a small farm so tenants can expect the presence of livestock on the property, the chickens are allowed to free range, the ducks stick mostly to the ponds and we promise to keep the pigs in ;) The property itself is full of wildlife and has two ponds available for tenant use. NO fishing is currently allowed but kayaking and peaceful use are welcome. There is plenty of walking space if you don't desire to go for a drive to get a hike in but there are also local spots to enjoy as well. Tenant pays all utilities. Electric, propane for stove and electric heater and wood for wood stove is tenant responsibility. First and security deposit are required before move in. Move in Fee: $500 Pet fee is required per pet upon approval. Tenants are required to maintain their own post office box. Our local post office is 10 minutes away.
