The organic grocery store, Friendly St. Market, is only a 2 - 3 minute walk away and if you don't feel like cooking, The Garden on Friendly is just across the street from the Market. You can be set for groceries or a deliciously prepared meal without getting in your car after a day of work. For more expansive shopping, a shopping center with a Market of Choice is a mile away. The townhome was built 12 years ago being awarded a high LEED certification for achieving efficiency in energy and water use to materials selection and managing waste and indoor environmental quality. You can sit on the patio and absorb the peacefulness of the community garden area, rich with vegetables and flowers in the summer months. Now it is time to share our Eugene townhome with another person or couple who want to call it their home. 1. This is a non-smoking unit. 2. Prefer a 12 month lease with first and last month rent due upon signing the contract. 3. No cats, small dogs are negotiable. 4. Utility costs for the first year are included in the rent to support less hassle with move-in. 5. The detached garage is a single car garage and not available for use. If necessary, this might be an option available. 6. Open parking available along 27th Ave. 7. The renter will need to clean with environmentally friendly cleaning products. A list of approved and an initial supply will be provided for you. 8. Landlord is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items. It is recommended, although not required, that the tenants purchase renters insurance.
