I just signed a 1 year lease on July 17th and was then notified that I will be travelling more than expected for work. I'm seeking someone to take over the lease, available August 15th (or sooner if needed). I am offering to pay all security deposit, application fees, and this price includes 1.5 months free rent. I can also leave the existing furniture if needed. Please Note: You must be able to provide proof of income for 3x the standard monthly rent (which is $1,353) in order to be approved. Ft. on the 5th Floor, covered parking garage included. All furniture (included full size memory foam bed and frame) is brand new, as I just moved in on July 17th.
