Large (900 sq feet) mother-in-law suite studio with it's own private kitchen and private bathroom in a 5 bed 4 bath house (3600 square feet). This is basically the same as a studio apartment, but there is no private entrance and there is some larger common areas and a yard which are nice when hosting people. We have access to a community pool and tennis courts nearby as well. There are 2 other housemates and one guest bedroom upstairs. The groundlevel space is all common areas (main kitchen, dining room, living room and exercise space) and this floor separates your space from the other bedrooms. I keep the smallest room upstairs as a spare bedroom which is shared by everyone for friends or family visiting. I want the house to feel like your own.
