We had this property looking amazing about 3 years ago. Great master suite, great kitchen, covered front porch and nice big back deck. But... it is the middle of a facelift now. Had some rough tenants over the past 3 years. It will be getting DEEP cleaning, lots of sheetrock patching, and painting as wells as new carpet. Also has a bonus structure next door that we were in the process of making into a 2 bedroom apartment. It is solid but needs lots of finishing. I am making plans to get that work done but in the meantime I am hoping to find a DIY type of person who might be willing to do some of that work for a discounted rate. I would love to rent these together. I would be willing to give a small discount to the deposit and monthly rental for a DIY type person. Just let me know what you would be willing to do and we can negotiate from there. I am interested in selling the property as well. Would LOVE a cash offer but would also consider an owner finance agreement after the 1st year, assuming you handle your business.
