We had this property looking amazing about 3 years ago. Great master suite, great kitchen, covered front porch and nice big back deck. But... it is the middle of a facelift now. Had some rough tenants over the past 3 years. It will be getting DEEP cleaning, lots of sheetrock patching, and painting as wells as new carpet. I am making plans to get that work done but in the meantime I am hoping to find a DIY type of person who might be willing to do some of that work for a discounted rate. I would love to rent these together. I would be willing to give a small discount to the deposit and monthly rental for a DIY type person.
