Each apartment is equipped with a smart TV for entertainment on those rare rainy days. The maximum occupancy for the studio is two persons, and only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Quiet hours on Hollywood Beach are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. A $250 fee will be charged for smoking in the rooms, and smoking is only permitted outside if it does not disturb other guests.
