We are renting out our almost new home in Woodburn. It is a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom single family house. There is one bedroom and a full bathroom on the bottom floor, and the rest of the rooms are on the second floor. The second floor also houses a big living room, a laundry room and lots of storage spaces. The master bedroom has two walk in closets and the master bathroom has a nice tub plus a walk in shower. The house has a small front yard and a big backyard with fencing from all sides. The house also has an AC unit installed, so you get nice cool air in the summer and warmth in the winter. The house has big windows that allow sunlight to enter all day long from all angles. The house is well maintained and very clean, we did not have any pets in this house, so no fear of allergies or stains on the carpet. Kindly note: one pet is accepted at an extra charge of $50 per month, and extra security deposit of $500. The price includes HOA.
