A room is available for rent in our spacious 5-bedroom 3-bathroom! We're a friendly, active group looking for a like-minded individual to join our home! We are flexible with move-in dates as we're looking for a roommate who will be a good fit to create a healthy living environment for all! About the House: - 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths - 3,000 square feet - Large backyard with a deck and walkout basement - 2-car garage with tools/workshop/gear storage - Central air conditioning and heat - Plenty of room for parking/storage - Lots of space for WFH About the Environment: - The room is on the first floor and will share a bathroom with one other person. - There is currently 1 lady and 3 guys in the house. We enjoy staying active whether it's through sports, mtbing, skiing, or hitting the gym. We all like to travel- some upcoming trips include Mexico, Crested Butte, etc.. There is also a German shepherd and Aussiedoodle in the house that we all love! (So we're maxxed out on pets right now) About the Location: - Right next to tons of Lakewood amenities- Belmar plaza, grocery stores (Costco ;)), gyms, parks (Bear Creek, Green Mountain), etc. - Near highways 285 and 470 - quick access to the mountains (10 min) - Quiet neighborhood - 20 min from Downtown Denver - 10 min from Red Rocks Utilities are not included in the price above (internet/water/electric). The room can be unfurnished, or I can leave behind my queen mattress and bedframe if you'd like. We've furnished all common areas.
