A cozy, inexpensive apartment is available just a couple blocks from Capital's campus. We've done the comparisons and you won't find anything cheaper in this area with similar specifications. This ground floor apartment has a large living room, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a garage, private parking, and a large basement. Central air and heat. New floors and windows. We're the only people who have lived in it since it's been remodeled. Apartment comes with a washer and dryer as well as refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. Pets allowed at no extra charge. Upstairs neighbor is very quiet. We have honestly loved living here and don't really want to move but our dog needs more room to run and our families need us closer to them. Otherwise, we wouldn't let this gem of an apartment go away. Right now we pay $800 in rent + $75 in water (directly to the landlord) per month.
