This is a charming home on a quiet dead end street. Behind the house are railroad tracks giving you access to hundreds of miles of cross-country or snowmobile trails. Downtown is only a short walk away. The fireplace is not currently working. It has a metal insert in it that had a hole in it. Owner had it repaired, but never wanted to use it.
