Club 1 is a beautiful development. It is less dense, has more trees and large apartments. This first floor condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, laminate floors, stainless steel appliances, washer dryer, central air conditioning and a beautiful, wooded view. Private landlord is easy to work with and will keep the condo in good condition. We have preference for applicants who have completed the Zillow application. We also prefer a strong credit score. Given the large volume of applicants, we do not have time to reply to everyone. Sorry. Only qualified applicants will be given an opportunity to see the condo. We are equal opportunity landlords.
