We purchased this Condo 5 years ago as our Summer home. We typically rent Winter months to Canadians only, but due to Covid we cancelled all vacation rentals. The complex has 2 pools, covered assigned parking, bbq grills, small work out room and it's right on the Ocean. The bus stop is right in front of the complex. Our car is available for rent at $500.00 per month extra. All utilities are included in the rent. Weekly or occasional house keeping is available for 65.00. High speed internet, smart TV, Romulo & cable. Longer rental may be considered.
