After the term is expired, it is available on a month-to-month basis for a duration as agreed upon by myself and the renter. Renter is responsible for opening accounts for Internet and Electricity service. If there any issues with behavior, excessive noise, or other complaints, I reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately. This is a no smoking unit.
