We live in a beautiful location in the mountains with great views of Boulder, plenty of land and we would like to have a renter that will enjoy the elements of the mountains (wind, snow and nature). We would prefer to have a quiet mountain savvy person(s) without pets but we'll conceder 1 cat. Our prefered move-in would be August 1st but the current tenant is willing to move out early if needed. We're located 9 miles (20ish minutes) from downtown Boulder. The rent is $2,000/month, which includes electricity, heating, internet, and water. Not included, but available is trash/recycling. Located in Fourmile Canyon Drive near the Switzerland Trail (vast hiking/biking playground), Betasso Reserve and Gold Hill. Our property is 12 acres of mountain land with lots of hiking trails or snowshoeing.. A few details: -It's approximately 1000 sq. ft., 1 Bed, 1 bath, private entrance (the appartment is below our main living area) -Full kitchen with washer and dryer -Outdoor Patio with a yard -Wood Burning Fireplace -9ft. Ceilings -Hiking trails on the property and hill -Not furnished *Please know that we live up a very steep dirt road; AWD/4WD vehicles are required, and chains and/or snow tires will be needed in the winter. -The owner pays electric, water, internet, and heating. -Tenant pays for trash. -No Dogs, 1 Cat can be discussed -No Smoking -Must be mountain savvy and/or be willing to learn and enjoy bilizards, windstorms... and beautiful views:)
