Very bright with a little loft space that could be an art studio, chill space, workout corner,... Fireplace, rear entrance when you need to walk your dog :) Yes, animals will be considered, too (cats are welcome, dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis). Not a whole lot of storage space, but there is a lot of potential for creativity in here. Must see in person to fully appreciate. The condo has two bedrooms, but the smaller bedroom would be mine (the owner, read more below). Thanks to the building architecture, the bedroom walls are not shared with neighbors. Your bedroom, the master bedroom, is 12x13' with two large windows, medium-sized closet and nice bathroom. There is one parking spot in the lot for your car if you need it and some room in the garage for your stuff. Because of the situation and trying to be fair, the rent is structured as follows: * $1250/month when you have the whole condo to yourself. * $950/month when I am in town (prorated). * Couples +$100.
