Step outside and discover the true essence of vacation living. Soak your worries away in our outdoor bath, surrounded by nature's tranquility. Let our home be your sanctuary. The space Nestled within our cozy, almost tiny house-style home, you'll discover a single large dwelling housing three separate and private units, each thoughtfully equipped with its own entrance. The beauty of it all is that you won't have to share these private spaces with anyone. However, when it comes to parking, it's a shared arrangement, but don't worry, each unit provides ample front space for your convenience. Do bear in mind, though, that each unit has only two designated parking spots. For Casa Moderna, in particular, there's parking available for two vehicles only, so we kindly ask that you make use of the designated spaces. As for Casa Moderna's charm, it includes a welcoming front porch. While you may cross paths with neighbors entering their own private entrances or in passing, rest assured, your porch remains exclusively yours. The delightful patio with a bathtub and the charming courtyard featuring a bistro table are both private, fenced-in spaces, ensuring your complete and undisturbed enjoyment. CASA MODERNA-UNIT B-MIDDLE UNIT OUR SPACE INCLUDES -Room 1 - Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) with TCL 32" HD 720p LED Smart Roku TV in -bedroom -Bathroom with stand up shower only -Cozy Living Room with TCL 40-inch 1080p Smart LED Roku TV -Full Kitchen w/ new appliances -Dining area with electric fireplace -Office/desk (Closed Room) -Covered Front Porch with lounge chairs -Covered Patio with outdoor bathtub -Enclosed Courtyard with bistro table *This is a one-story home with stairs leading up to the entrance* Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 2 guests at any given time. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property. No refunds. -You must be 25 years old to rent Casa Moderna. If you are local to the area we will be checking to make sure you are not throwing a party at our house. Sadly, this happens all the time and it's not acceptable. The safety of our guests must come first and we don't like bothering our neighbors CLEANING - Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We take the cleaning of our home very seriously and will do our best to maintain the safety of all our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. OUR PLACE RUNS ON A SEPTIC TANK This unit runs on a septic tank. We ask that you only flush natural waste. Please do not flush feminine wipes, baby wipes, cotton swabs, cotton balls, paper towels, or flushable wipes (even though it says flushable). These items can clog the septic tank and cause it to back up. Trust us, it's not pretty. STARTER KIT We provide our guests with a starter kit upon arrival. All of these items listed below are complementary. Some items may run out and will need to be replaced by the guests. Our starter kit includes Mini shampoo Mini Body wash Mini Conditioner Bar soap Paper towels Toilet paper Garbage bags Dish sponge Dish soap Laundry detergent Coffee Creamer Sweetner A bottle bottle of wine Bath Salts Bath Bombs Tea light candles House rules do apply. A booking request constitutes acceptance of all house rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgement of the listing description. We hope to earn your 5-STAR review! Guest access We will send you a digital door code the day before you check in with important information and check-in instructions. You will have full access to the home. Please respect our home as if it were your very own. Other things to note We do our best to make sure that all appliances and equipment are working, and we diligently attempt to address maintenance issues as they occur. Please let us know about any equipment/appliance malfunctions or other damages immediately so that we can arrange for repairs within reason. We will do our best to provide a solution as quickly as possible. If a maintenance issue occurs during your stay, we or one of our agents (e.g., contractor) may need to enter the home. With the guest's permission, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, the host/co-host or their agent shall be permitted to enter and make any repairs. In the case of a rare EMERGENCY situation, the host/co-host or their agent may enter the property without securing permission from the guest. An effort will be made to give the guest notice of such entry. GARBAGE day: Wednesday RECYCLING: 2nd Friday each month AIR CONDITIONING/HEAT There are two mini splits in the unit. Adjust the temperature as you please but DO NOT lower past 67 degrees. Each room is equipped with a fan in case the rooms get warm in the summer months. Please turn the unit off if you leave house. ITEMS LEFT BEHIND: There is a $20 fee PLUS shipping if you leave something behind and need it shipped back to you. We have to ask a company to retrieve the item, pack the item, and ship it, so please make sure you double-check the house before leaving. We will send a receipt as proof of shipping/price should this issue arise. This happens so frequently, and it's difficult to get someone to ship these items back to the owner. Neither the host nor co-host are responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. Neither the host nor the co-host is responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. Owner pays for all utilities, including internet. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed on premises. If you have a small pet, let us know, we have other units that could accommodate pets.
