AVAILABLE March 1st. This is a shared space meant for creatives and musicians. There is ONLY ONE ROOM AVAILABLE upstairs that faces the woods. A very peaceful chill space. The high vaulted ceilings in the living room makes this place feel big open and inviting. It's a 4 bedroom house, on a cul de sac. We have designated trails behind the house that lead to shelby park and a bridge that over looks the river. I'm looking for 1 roommate who is a working musician or has a 9-5 that doesn't mind music and drums in the house during the day. I live downstairs in the master. I'm a Life Coach, Drummer and soon to be Yoga instructor. The bathroom will not be shared on a daily basis, unless we have a guest once in a while. I will be leaving one of the guest rooms open for family and friends who want to visit from time to time. I typically do a 6 month to a 1 year lease.
