This is to rent 1 room in a two bedroom apartment. Furnished master bedroom w computer desk, new twin bed, tv & a walk in closet!! Plus, a private attached full bathroom!! Shared areas will be living room, balcony, dining room, kitchen & laundry room. These apartments have a beautiful heated pool, spa & 24 hr exercise room when things open back up! Note: I live in the other room but work very long hours. My fiancee and my two kids (under 2) live w me so noise can be an issue at times. Even though we try to be considerate. She also travels back and forth to Vegas monthly to check on our house. 1 month lease but willing to extend until November if no issues. I pay all utilities including WIFi and cable!
