Commercial vehicles or any vehicles displaying business logos or advertising (e.g., wrapped cars, magnet signs, decals) are strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be in good working condition, properly registered, and parked only in designated areas. The tenant will be provided with two (2) parking permits, which must be displayed inside the windshield of each vehicle. If a permit is lost or damaged, the tenant must pay a $25 replacement fee to the association for the issuance of a new permit. -Cleaning Fee (Conditional) At the end of the lease term, the tenant is required to return the property in a clean and orderly condition. If excessive cleaning is required beyond normal wear and tear (such as stained flooring, soiled appliances, excessive grime, or trash left behind), a cleaning fee of up to $250 may be deducted from the security deposit to cover the cost of professional cleaning services. This fee is not automatically charged, but may be applied at the landlord's discretion based on the move-out inspection.
