It is listed as a 4 bedroom 2 bath, but could easily have 5 bedroom functionality if needed for a family. This historic house was built in 1891 and remodeled around 2010. It is gorgeous, impressive, full of character, and a bit quirky. It is a fun, elegant place to entertain, with it's grand entrance, elegant dining rooms, chef's kitchen, and private west side yard. The house is 3 stories tall with an unfinished basement and a shared yard and playground with 847 East High Street. Parking is on the city street and curbs are high. We require renter's insurance. Tenant is responsible for yard maintenance in BOTH east shared yard and west private yard (847 Tenant maintains the patio only), and xeriscaped area to the street curb. Yard is xeriscaped, but tenant is responsible for keeping existing plants under control (pruning back existing roses, Virginia creeper and wisteria), and keeping mulch and rocks free of weeds. Watering is not necessary for existing plants. We hope to start lease as soon as possible. If pets are approved, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $25 per month pet rent. Strict pet rules apply - dog feces must be picked up immediately and not left in yard. Dogs must be kenneled if left inside unattended. No dogs large than 50lbs. Vet records (and service animal or ESA documents if applicable) must be provided. All animals must be fixed and up to date on shots and vet recommended pest treatments.
