I'm charging $1,500 a month with all electric included, and asking for a 6-month or 12-month lease. First months rent will be due at signing as well as a $1,500 deposit. It's also fully furnished. This unit has no shared space! This unit is in West Seattle with only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Seattle! Owner pays for electric. Unit is also fully furnished. Renter pays for water, sewer, & garbage which is due every other month. I'm looking for a 6-month or 12-month lease.
