The home is kept in good shape, were an older couple in their 60s, kids have moved out and the entire upstairs has been completely empty for a while now. We only use the master bedroom (located downstairs) and are looking to rent a single upstairs room. There's upstairs also includes its full bathroom with a double sink and closet. There's are other rooms located upstairs but they generally only used during Christmas time when family visits.
